My Little Pony Together Song

Okay, bronies and pegasisters, let's talk. Let's talk about that one song. The one that plays on repeat in your head. Yep, you guessed it: the Together Song.
Don't get me wrong, My Little Pony is awesome. Friendship is magic, and all that jazz. But sometimes...sometimes I think the Together Song is a little much.
It's Just...Everywhere!
It's in the show, obviously. But it's also in fan videos. It's in remixes. I swear, I even heard a snippet of it at the grocery store once. Was I imagining it? Maybe. Probably not.
Must Read
And it always seems to pop up at the most inconvenient times. Trying to focus on work? Together, together, together, everyone! Trying to sleep? Same thing. My brain is a karaoke machine, and the only song it knows is the Together Song.
The Catchiness Factor
I'll admit it. It's catchy. Like, disturbingly catchy. A tiny part of me secretly enjoys singing along. But then I feel a little bit guilty. Am I contributing to the spread of the Together Song plague?
It burrows into your brain like a sugar-fueled earthworm. You can't escape it. Resistance is futile. Just give in and sing along, right?

And don't even get me started on the dance moves. The synchronized prancing and hoof-clapping. It's cute...in small doses.
Am I the Only One?
I know, I know. I'm probably going to get a lot of flak for this. Everyone loves the Together Song! It's a symbol of friendship and unity! But hear me out.
Isn't it okay to admit that maybe, just maybe, a song can be too saccharine? Can be too relentlessly cheerful? I mean, sometimes I need a little bit of villainous discord in my life! A little bit of Queen Chrysalis, you know?

Maybe It's Just Overexposure?
Perhaps I'm just suffering from Together Song fatigue. Maybe I've heard it one too many times. Is that even possible? With the internet, anything's possible.
I bet even Twilight Sparkle needs a break from it sometimes. I imagine her hiding in the library, reading a book about advanced spellcasting, just to escape the endless chorus of ponies singing about togetherness.
And let's be honest, a little bit of distance can make the heart grow fonder. Maybe if I avoid the Together Song for a few weeks, I'll actually start to miss it. Probably not, but a pony can dream, right?

Still Love the Ponies, Though!
Okay, before you grab your pitchforks and torches, let me clarify. I still love My Little Pony. I still think it's a great show with positive messages.
Rainbow Dash is still my favorite pony (don't tell the others!). And I still get a little misty-eyed when Fluttershy finally stands up for herself.
But maybe...just maybe...we can all agree to a temporary moratorium on the Together Song. Give our ears a rest. Give our brains a chance to process something other than relentless positivity.

Think of it as a friendship break...for the song itself.
So, am I alone in this? Is anyone else secretly harboring a tiny bit of Together Song resentment? Or am I destined to be forever haunted by its catchy melodies?
Let me know in the comments. But please, be gentle. I'm already bracing myself for the backlash. And maybe...just maybe...avoid posting the song itself. For my sanity, please.
And if you do post it, at least include a warning. Something like: "Warning: May cause uncontrollable hoof-clapping and spontaneous bursts of song." You know, for the public good.
