My Unpopular Opinion: Yes!

But what they don't tell you in the commercials is the constant, urgent need to locate the nearest restroom. It's like a superpower, but instead of flying, you just really, really need to… you know.

Don't get me wrong. I appreciate the health benefits. I really do. But the trade-off? Questionable.

It's like, are my cells getting younger? Maybe. Am I developing a nervous tic from constantly scanning the horizon for a bathroom? Definitely.

The Conspiracy (Probably)

I'm convinced the green tea industry is in cahoots with the toilet paper companies. It's the only logical explanation. Increase consumption, increase urination, increase toilet paper sales. It's diabolical, I tell you!

Okay, maybe that's a bit extreme. But seriously, does anyone else feel like they're running a marathon to the bathroom after a cup of green tea?
