You wouldn't expect your car to run on fumes, would you? So, don't expect your body to run on empty! Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

Hydration is key! Drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially before, during, and after your runs. A reusable water bottle is your new best friend. Carry it everywhere! (Okay, maybe not in the shower.)

Track Your Progress (Bragging Rights Optional!)

Use a running app or a fitness tracker to monitor your progress. Seeing how far you've come can be incredibly motivating. Plus, you can share your stats on social media and make all your friends jealous. (Just kidding… mostly.)
